Australia is the world's driest continent. But it seems problems with water shortage are just getting worse. Everyone knows that the drought this year is causing serious problems for farmers - and this is just a continuation of an ongoing and worsening situation.

Whatever we do it is never enough. There is always something more we can do. We do our best maybe even a little less then that, you can't expect the whole population to go along with the no watering plan, there are people who will keep on watering their gardens when it is a total ban. No matter what plan there will still be the occasional rule breakers.
that is totally right. We also need to stop global warming to stop the shortage of water as well.
